2026 Submission Form

Exhibition Information - Students and teachers are invited to submit original works in clay to the 2026 GHSCAAS Exhibition. The University of North Georgia is proud to present the exhibitions in our John Amoss student gallery.

Submission Requirements

To apply:

Complete the registration form - https://enroll.ung.edu/register/2026_GHSCAAS
Create a single PDF file of 1-3 images of your ceramic work (11x17 inches, 72 dpi, under 5GB).
- Please take clear and high-quality pictures.
- Name each image with first initial, full last name, submission number, and size of work (ex. T Smith 1 12x8x4).
Upload your PDF document.

Important Dates

Entry Deadline: Sunday, January 18, by 11:59 pm.
Notification of accepted works: Wednesday, January 21
Delivery of accepted works: Thursday, January 29 – Thursday, February 5
All artworks must arrive by Thursday, February 5
Symposium and Awards: Saturday, February 7

Next Steps

Once you complete this form, your submission will be reviewed by our juror, Ethan Snow. Awards will be announced during the awards presentation. If you have further questions, contact Jennifer Graff (jennifer.graff@ung.edu).
