    Banner Hold Withdrawal Request

    This form is for currently enrolled UNG students. With the end of fall 2024 classes, this form is now closed. The withdrawal request form will re-open after the add/drop period has ended for the spring 2025 semester.

    Current students: If you wish to make changes to your spring 2025 class schedule before add/drop ends, please do so through Nighthawk Course Scheduler in Banner.

    Recently accepted to UNG as an incoming student? If you are attempting to cancel your admissions application for an upcoming semester, please contact the Office of Undergraduate Admission at admissions-dah@ung.edu.
