Compliance & Ethics Undergraduate Certificate Application

This application is for current UNG undergraduate students. If you are not a current UNG student and have questions about enrolling in the certificate program, please contact Hanna Fassett.

All applications will be reviewed after the priority deadline. Applications received after the priority deadline will be reviewed in the order received. Applications will be considered until the program is full. Preference will be given to applicants who provide the optional supplemental documents listed below. To be considered for a scholarship, supplemental documents must be included. Attach all supplemental documents prior to submitting your application.
