    Summer 2025 Veterans Enrollment Certification

    Please complete the following form if you are requesting a review of your eligibility for VA Benefits for SUMMER Semester 2025.

    In addition, I understand the following information....
    • This form must be completed in each semester to ensure proper and accurate reporting to the regional Veteran Affairs office.
    • The VA will only pay for courses required for my program of study at UNG.
    • The VA only pays for a repeat course if a higher grade is required for my major.
    • Any changes to my schedule must be reported within three (3) working days to the Veterans Benefits Counselor in order to prevent over-payment or under-payment of benefits.
    • Any questions can be directed to the Veterans Success Center at (706) 864-1412 or the regional VA office at (888) 442-4551. Apply for Army TA at ArmyIgnitED.  

    By selecting "I agree",     I affirm that I am requesting VA Benefits for the Certification Semester listed on the top of this form.
