    This form is for incoming students who are being considered for, or admitted by, Undergraduate Admissions.  Please do not complete this form if you are a prospective Cadets or a currently-enrolled UNG student.

    *You are a "first generation" college student if you meet one of the following three criteria:
    1. A student neither of whose natural or adoptive parents received a baccalaureate degree
    2. A student who, prior to the age of 18, regularly resided with and received support from only one parent and whose supporting parent did not receive a baccalaureate degree; or
    3. An individual who, prior to the age of 18, did not regularly reside with or receive support from a natural or adoptive parent.

    *To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must be of Latino or Hispanic heritage and have financial need.  More information can be found at ung.edu/multicultural-student-affairs/goizueta-foundation-scholarship.

    *Eligible work includes any activity related to the production of crops, dairy products, poultry (chicken houses, or livestock; agricultural activities include planting (greenhouses, vineyards, orchards), seeding, pruning, picking, and harvesting.
