    Dahlonega Personalized Campus Visits

Now that you have registered for the required student orientation, you have the option to register for a campus visit on your home campus with one of our student Orientation Leaders. UNG is excited to offer limited tours for you and your family in a small group setting to see what our beautiful campus has to offer and ask questions that you may have. This tour is optional and does not replace the required virtual or in-person orientation for your student type. More information about orientation and student types can be found here.

Due to current conditions, we have made several changes to our tour program, please familiarize yourself with those below before registering for an on-campus tour.

    • We recommend wearing face coverings in all campus buildings and social distancing when possible.
    • Residence Hall tours may not be available during the campus visit. You can find more information and video tours of our Residence Halls at
    • Per request, we will do our best to schedule an appointment with Student Accessibility Services and/or a Financial Aid walk-in visit. However, we cannot guarantee these offices will have availability.
    • Please do not come to campus if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms: fever, loss of taste or smell, cough, muscle aches, sore throat, shortness of breath, chills, new or unusual headache, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, or loss of appetite. Latest symptoms from the CDC can be found here.
    • Campus visits are subject to cancelation due to inclement weather. Students will receive notifications via text and email.

Choose a campus visit that you would like to attend and come with all of your questions as our Orientation Leaders gives you a glimpse into what life is like as a Nighthawk!

The personalized campus visits should only be scheduled for a date AFTER the registration of the required orientation.
