    Dahlonega Transfer Personalized Campus Visits

    Welcome to Dahlonega, Future Nighthawks!

Student Orientation and Success offers admitted transfer students who have confirmed their acceptance the opportunity to schedule a transfer personalized campus visit. These personalized visits will satisfy the in-person orientation requirement for Spring.

    The visit includes:

    • One-on-one appointment with a SOS professional staff member - review transfer credits, next steps, tech review, and learn about UNG resources.
    • A scheduled appointment with Academic Advising - those who do the personalized visit will be advanced schedule for the upcoming semester!
    • Tour the campus with a transfer coach or student leader and drop in on other campus resources - Student Accessibility Resources, Financial Aid, Admissions, etc.

Residence Hall tours may not be available during the campus visit. You can find more information and video tours of our Residence Halls.

Please allow at least two hours for the personalized visits. If you are interested in making a reservation make sure to confirm your acceptance, if you haven't already, and reserve your spot on your home campus. If the calendar does not show any open spots then we have reached max capacity. You will be able to complete traditional orientation through zoom before classes. If you have any questions please email allison.naidoo@ung.edu

Student Orientation and Success looks forward to seeing you on campus!
