    Master of Science in Nursing (MSN)

    Earn your Master of Science in Nursing degree at UNG!

    Join us to learn more about UNG's Master of Science in Nursing program. The MSN program provides two concentration areas: Family Nurse Practitioner or Nursing Education. The FNP program is designed to prepare experienced registered nurses to sit for national certification as a family nurse practitioner and to qualify for advanced practice authorization. The Nursing Education program prepares you to obtain employment in the field of nursing education.

     

    Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)

    FNP Program Facts:
    • Dahlonega Campus
    • Classes will meet one day a week - Tuesday or Thursday
    Program length is 46 credit hours
    2 or 3 years plan of study option
    1 year clinical experience as an RN
    Enrollment every Summer term


    Nursing Education Program Facts:
    • Online Program 
    • Asynchronous online classes with optional synchronous sessions in some courses
    • Program length is 35 credit hours
    • Enrollment every Summer term
